Covenant Wildlife — Systems & Automation Status
This page shows what’s already live, what’s finishing up, and what comes next —
all built around how Covenant Wildlife operates today.
Phase 1 — Getting the basics in place
The goal here was to get clean data and communication in place without changing how your team works day to day.
What’s Live
- Customer info syncing automatically from Housecall Pro into the CRM
- Customer records update automatically when a job is completed
- Existing customers notified about pest control
- Online booking connected and working
- Discount delivery working as expected
- No changes required for technicians or office staff
What’s Pending
- SMS approval (A2P) in progress with carriers
- Text automations ready once approval clears
- Review requests - SMS pending approval
SMS approval is handled by carriers and typically takes about a week I expect it up and running by the 23rd.
